The incompetent tech claimed he could not find a problemI left with a quarter inch gap exposed. A customer should only have to bring in a vehicle once to have it fixed. Bad communication Called day before for 7 am appointment. Was told it would would not take more than 45mins and I asked if they thought I would need more than the oil Called day before for 7 am appointment. Was told it would would not take more than 45mins and I asked if they thought I would need more than the oil change and they said no, my tires were rotated on previous visit. Was in a line at 6:50am with 6 other vehicles. I was the 6th person they got to at 7:06am. Didn't leave until 8:30am, well past the 45 min est. they tried to tell me I did need tires rotated.
