You need signs about where to leave your car(or lines on the ground, something beyond the outdoor sign, if it's empty in there it's not obvious), to wait for someone to assist you, and to see the cashier at pick up. Also, where the cashier is. Although your staff was friendly, if they were with another customer I felt ignored and lost. Signs would make all the difference. More
