Overall good. Could use some improvements I scheduled an appointment online and put in the comments an issue i was having with the car and to call me. I got a call from them, but they only cal I scheduled an appointment online and put in the comments an issue i was having with the car and to call me. I got a call from them, but they only called to verify the appointment not about the issue. I got there and it seamed like they didnt even notice. I brought it up when i checked in the car but they didnt offer to look at it or schedule another appointment. When i got the car back after 1.5 hours for an oil change i signes the paperwork which had my comment dead center of the paper and not a word from anyone. The reason i go here is because they have a nice waiting room, flthe service side has friendly staff (no luck on the sales side) and i couldnt beat the $20 coupon for synthetic and oil filter change. But at the cost of a long wait. More
