Years ago I had an issue with a vehicle and 2 other dealers could not fix. I went to Rudy Luther and it was repaired the same day. The experience was wonderful so I became a loyal follower. My experience with Luther Brookdale Honda was seamless from the beginning. I inquired about the car online and was responded to within the hour by Jon Tearle. At our first meeting, Jon was engaging and knowledgeable, answering all my questions including looking at some similar options to the car I test drove to make sure we had the right car. The dealership was well maintained and all staff that I interacted with were pleasant. After speaking with my wife, we decided to go ahead with the purchase. It was Jon’s day off but he came in anyway to finalize the purchase. He continued to follow up with me over the following week to make sure everything was as expected with the car. I would highly recommend Jon and Luther Brookdale Honda. More

We were looking for a specific pre-owned vehicle and we spoke to Nick Cruse. He didn't have exactly what we wanted but, he went over and above what he needed to do and certainly above our expectations to h spoke to Nick Cruse. He gave us his input on one we had found online and also did a search of vehicles meeting our requirements within a one hundred mile radius and evaluated them on his own. He found a vehicle at a dealer that he had absolutely no association with and told us he thought it was the best bang for our buck. We did end up buying the vehicle he found - he was awesome. We will definitely connect with him when we are ready for our next vehicle purchase. More
