Excessive wait time I made and appointment for an oil change and nothing else and it took 2 hours to get in and out. What’s the point of making an appointment. After an h I made and appointment for an oil change and nothing else and it took 2 hours to get in and out. What’s the point of making an appointment. After an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting I walked out to the service counter and could see my vehicle still up in the air. Finally get my slip to pay but no keys end up waiting for 10 more minutes for my car after I paid. Wait times continue to become longer and longer every visit I have at this dealership. Unfortunate there is not another on closer to me. More
