Maintenance with attitude! I made an appointment for a routine service. I called the night before and asked about another issue & the person l talked to, didn't question my inte I made an appointment for a routine service. I called the night before and asked about another issue & the person l talked to, didn't question my intelligence assuming l didn't know what l was talking about (A women!!) He immediately suggested a longer appointment in the same time frame. When l arrived l was greeted by "John" with a friendly warm smile! He made me feel like l was the only customer at that time.
