Good Service on 2 Recalls I had bought an old 2001 Honda Accord a couple of years ago. I had received a recall notice regarding an airbag inflator. That service took roughly 1. It seemed a bit long, but I'd rather have them do the job right. I then received a second recall notice, but that took just under an hour. Both times the staff were friendly, they have great amenities and snacks, and they didn't try to sales pitch me a car. If I were to complain, it'd be that the mechanic didn't look me in the eye when he shook my hand the second time. More
