Bought new Honda . first chatted online to sales rep, Tom. He was very nice, gave me a good quote on new car, and ballpark figure for my trade in. I needed one as I live in a smaller city 2.5 hours away. When I came to the store, I was given a good price for my trade in and there were several colors to choose from. So I said good buy to my trade in ( a little sad for me....). And left with a new car. Tom was great to work with. The receptionists at the desk we're very friendly. A great car shopping experience. Excellent customer service The staff bent over backwards to help us. After dropping off my car my sister picked us up (me & our 90 year old mom) to take us to Costco. We had to bring all the stuff from Costco inside because my sister had to leave. An employee named Steve saw us struggling and carried our stuff into the waiting area. My car was ready and already outside. Maurice offered the car to be brought back inside for us to load. John saw me carrying a heavy box, took it off my hands and went back for the cooler and everything else. My mom & I think these guys are the greatest! Thank you! More
