Was not a good experience for me There is not enough space here to describe my experience. They did their walk around and pointed out a couple of black marks on handle. No big deal. When I picked up the car my taillight was broken and I also have three little dents on top I think from car wash. I talked to them about the damage to taillight and they said it was there when I brought it in. They did not see it on the walk around and technician that worked in it said it wasn’t there when he worked on it either. They basically called me a liar and sent me away. I did not see the dents until the next day when I went to start my car and saw them. I did not call them again and tell them because I saw no point. In their eyes I was a liar and they won’t do anything anyway. I am sorry I ever went there. I love my Fit. More

A pleasant experience all around. I had thoroughly researched the 2018 Accord Touring 2.0L online and received offers from multiple dealerships around the country. I was willing to ha I had thoroughly researched the 2018 Accord Touring 2.0L online and received offers from multiple dealerships around the country. I was willing to have one shipped if the price was good enough. I sent an email to several Honda dealerships locally outlining what I wanted and what prices I had received. I got an email response from Jon Tearle at Luther Brookdale Honda and called him. He was very courteous and explained the offer they had available. I decided to go and see the car since the color was the one I wanted and the price was right in line with what I had received elsewhere. I wasn't necessarily set on buying it yet so I was kind of expecting a medium hard sell. I hadn't bought a new car for several years and while negotiating doesn't bother me it can become annoying. When we got to the dealership Jon was upfront and answered our questions. There was no sales pitch and no pressure and no attempt to add things on. He was professional and easy to talk to. I decided that I liked the dealership and Jon's approach so I agreed to buy the car. We met with their finance person and he was pretty low key also. I had already arranged a low rate loan from my credit union but Nick ran it through and I ended up getting a slightly better rate from one of their companies. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty simply because of the electronics, and knowing the cost of even diagnosing that type of problem if it's not under warranty. Again, it was made available but no pressure to buy. I ended up driving the car home that afternoon. The nice thing is that I felt relaxed after leaving the dealership. The price was competitive with the lowest quotes I had received nationwide, the service was excellent and the people were a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle there. We were surprised because when buying three previous Pilots from Mike Levit we always felt good when we left with the new vehicle. More
