Horrible service I arrived to the dealership at my appointment time, 2 people who arrived after me were helped first. I waited almost 2 hours for just an oil change to I arrived to the dealership at my appointment time, 2 people who arrived after me were helped first. I waited almost 2 hours for just an oil change to find out they didn’t even do the 12 point inspection which is why I even come to the dealership in the first place. Most likely I won’t be back.
