Bad experience with airbag recall on Civic hybrid I was told it was a simple service and would take 1 hour, it took over an hour and a half. The technician broke a dashboard vent during the service an I was told it was a simple service and would take 1 hour, it took over an hour and a half. The technician broke a dashboard vent during the service and the dealership didn't have the part in stock so they had to special order it, which means I have to go back to have it replaced. And to top it off, after promising a car wash they hand me the keys to my still dirty car. Poorly done. More
