Overall good but with some bad experiences. First off I went in because my navigation system went out. After numerous calls they did decide to replace it and we just pay for labor. Went in to get it fixed but ordered the wrong part. Went in ata different time and we did get a free rental while it was worked on. Picked the car up and found out later that it now had no heat. Had to bring it back in and also had them do other work that they had labeled as immediate concerns. One was to replace the wiper blades. Now they are worse and miss an entire spot in the lower middle of the windshield. I have not even called back yet because it is just another trip. I have to wonder if the work is ever checked to make sure it is done correctly. Again, it all started with replacing my navigation sulystem which I am grateful for but a lot of other issues I have had to deal with and still have to deal with. More

The gentleman was very helpful& knowledgeable! I was pleased with the service! The only thing that I was concerned about was that I need the window wipers changed.
