As I've only had it a few months I was thinking that I just didn't understand it. She acted very disinterested and said she had no idea what was wrong. How could she as she didn't even offer to take a look at it. I then walked into sales room and a nice guy by the name of John walked outside with me and helped me with the problem. We were not 100% sure it was working correctly as it opened okay half the time and stuck the others. He advised me to make an appointment if problem continued. I so appreciated him taking a minute to look at it as if I was the problem then he could have diagnosed that right away. He was my hero of the night. Ashley was just okay as she wasn't willing to spend an extra 3 minutes with me. Makes all the difference in the world. Let her know this. Your finance person was great, very friendly (a woman). More

Dishonest service representative I feel an agent of Luther Brookdale Honda is dishonest. She attempted to take advantage of an older man by not be honest. Also after twice debated with her regarding my Sentinal service agreement she was mistaken that the replacement would be covered. More
Would consider going elsewhere I have always recommended Honda and the service center and speak highly of the service I have received until yesterday. I came in with an appointment I have always recommended Honda and the service center and speak highly of the service I have received until yesterday. I came in with an appointment because my car felt UNSAFE to drive. The service rep Chad Zastrow refused to listen and acknowledge my concern and was so incredibly patronizing and disrespectful. He suggested that nothing was wrong and I leave before even checking my brakes and tires as I had made an appointment for. Because there was no service light and I still had some tread he assumed I was misguided in my UNSAFE claim. I prefer to not have an accident because of some arrogant service rep. who would have sent me back out on the road doing nothing. Even after saying that I was not leaving without my car being checked he continued with the patronizing. I had to insist on new tires and having my brakes checked. Brakes were ok but SURPRISE my car is not sliding like it had previously with new tires. In order to make this visit pleasant all he had to do was listen and acknowledge instead he tried to make me feel like I was overreacting. I know how to drive and what is normal and am thankful I continued to insist on getting my car fixed. More
