New Lease (2) A couple of concerns that I ran into. The first is, the HR-V that I test drove was not the vechicle that I ended up purchasing. I went in to lease an A couple of concerns that I ran into. The first is, the HR-V that I test drove was not the vechicle that I ended up purchasing. I went in to lease an HR-V LX. The vehicle that I test drive I thought was the LX. I fell in love with the interior. I found later that what I test drove was the EX. I was not informed that would be test driving a vehicle different from what I wanted. Felt like I was miss led. The second issue was that when I went to drive off with the new HR-V, the batterie was dead. The third issue I had was my key fobs did not work, the dome light did not come on until the vehicle was turned on and the lock button on the drive side did not work. Took in to fix and found it was just a fuse. Very disappointing that I sent close to six hours between two days and there were issues with my brand new 2018 HR-V. More

Ben kept me updated throughout the whole process, made the inquiry about the extended warranty coverage, and got me into a rental car. The car was ready on time, the maintenance they did was less than the estimate, and the repair was covered under the warranty! I couldn't have been happier! More
