Great Service AND Honesty I dropped my car off on January 18 and rented a car, which is easy to do. I received a call and was told that they recommend I do not replace the system at this time as it has not rusted through. I appreciated their honesty. They will talk you into a 3000 warranty that is useless I bought a 2012 Honda from Luther. I love it. When I bought it, they told me that the Warranty was a great investment in the vehicle. I spent $3000 wi I bought a 2012 Honda from Luther. I love it. When I bought it, they told me that the Warranty was a great investment in the vehicle. I spent $3000 with the understanding that anything that went wrong, I would just have a $100 deductible. When my Check engine light came on, instead of taking it to one of the auto part stores that would tell me the problem for FREE, I took it to Luther Honda to get it checked out. They charged me $160.00 and then said they turned the light off and it wasn’t covered by the warranty. They admitted that there was an intermittent issue, but because they couldn’t duplicate it, I just needed to pay the $160 and if it happened again, to bring it back. I hope that the problem happens again before my useless warranty expires. The employees show empathy but that doesn’t change the facts. More
