Very poor customer service Made a appointment to get my lower control arm bushings replacec that are leaking. Gave the guy my info and he told me if they are leaking they woul Made a appointment to get my lower control arm bushings replacec that are leaking. Got there at 930 on 8/18 pulled my car into service bay stood there for 10 min as the service writers help other customers that pulled in after i did. I was finally help by a very nice service writer and was informed that in fact that it would not be covered. If they made more of an effort when making the appointment they could have told me that over the phone. As a tech at another dealer we cover stuff all the time that is out of warrenty by a short time.i guess hyundai cares more about there customers then honda does. UPDATE : called them later that day to tell them that i read the tsb and it states 7yrs or 100'000 ( mine is a 2011 with 90k) the service writer jeff told me he would look into it and call me back but never called me back. The worst customer service i have ever recieved. More
