I was in the market for a certain van and found exactly what I wanted online, called the dealership to confirm it was available and made the trip. When I arrived they pulled the van out for me to look at. It had low miles (less than 25K) but other than that there was nothing about it that I liked. The tires were shot, the sliding door didn't line up correctly (the "door ajar" warning would not go off) and after very close inspection I determined that the vehicle had likely backed into something very hard based on dents and ripples I saw in the body and in my opinion the frame was actually bent. I shook the salesman's hand but told him I would have to pass. I called home with the bad news and asked my wife if there was any other vehicle that she might want me to check out since I was down in that area and there are obviously more choices. She had been looking at the Honda Oddessy minivan so I figured if there was a Honda dealership nearby I might as well check it out. Turns out there was one no far away... I walked in the door and within 10 seconds I hear the words, "Hello. Is there anything I can help you with?" I was then introducing myself to Robert Rancourt. I told him what I was looking for and he checked to see if they had anything. Sure enough, they had a 2015 Oddessy with 43K miles. We took it for a test drive and I loved it. Once we got back we started talking and he asked if I might be interested in a new one instead. That was just outside of my budget but I figured let's see what's available in my price range for new vehicles. Turns out that they had one inside on the showroom floor and the 2018 models are coming in soon so that particular one was on sale. Long story short (this review is too long already...) I ended up buying the new one that they had on the showroom floor and it wasn't that much more than the used one I had been looking at. I don't write many online reviews for any products but I decided to this time for one reason. In my opinion, the Luther family of dealerships is top notch. I've actually purchased my last 3 vehicles from Luther. The previous two were in Fargo, ND and now this one in Brookdale. Each time I've gone in I've had a great experience. Trade in values were better than I expected, the people were very accommodating and not pushy at all and the service is top notch. A side story to back this up: I bought a new Ford F-150 from Luther Ford in Fargo back in 2015. I brought it back to the dealership a week after buying it to have the undercoating put on. This was going to take all day so I had brought my golf clubs along and planned on playing a few rounds while I waited for my truck to finish. When I got there they didn't have a courtesy vehicle available for me. My salesman felt so bad about not arranging it that he threw me a set of keys and said, "go ahead and take my truck". He had a brand new F-150 FX4 sitting out front. I thought that was pretty cool of him to do that. More

Don't lease here 6 months after I lease a 2017 Civic, my old lease company on my trade in tells me I still owe 200 some dollars on my lease. I understood that my old lease was paid off when I leased my new vehicle. They said "maybe you were charged for damages", no there were no damages, the vehicle was like new, had less than 20,000 miles on it. I was WAY under my mileage. I love my Civic, but will take my business elsewhere next time. More
