Service dep charged me $48.00 but did not replace air filter i brought my honda van to replace air filter, rusted bolts of air filetr box and flush transmission oil. when i got home , old bolts were still atta i brought my honda van to replace air filter, rusted bolts of air filetr box and flush transmission oil. when i got home , old bolts were still attached to the air filter box and old filter was still in the box. i called brookdale honda it took me 37 mnuts to talk with live person. service manger calls me back after 6 hours. what a great sevice. do not go their they are not honest people, i beleive they are unethical. Chad Rawson makes purchasing a vehicle simple & painless! I emailed Ron Willis at Luther & gave him my basic requirements for a slightly used Honda I wished to purchase. Ryan introduced me to Chad.Rawson & said I would be in good hands. Chad very professional & efficiently showed me the vehicles; showed me where everything was & how everything worked. I drove the first vehicle & was pleased. Chad & I discussed the advatages of this vehicle (2015 Honda Accord, low mileage, reasonable cost & 4 year warranty). I told Chad I was very interested & would contact him. I called Chad the next morning advising I wanted to purchase the vehicle that day. When I arrived Chad had all th paperwork in order & we proceeded with the purchase. Chad was friendly, helpful, straight forward, professional & did not try to pressure me.
