We were specific with the type of vehicle we wanted and the color and the Luther Brookdale Honda had one, but unfortunately Scott had to inform us that the vehicle had already been sold. He took the extra step and looked at the future inventory to let me know they were due to get another at the end of the month. Then out of the blue, he contacted me a few days later to let me know the sold vehicle that I wanted had become available again. I appreciated that he kept working with us to match us up to the vehicle we wanted. We came into the dealership the next day to make the purchase. Scott worked with us to go over all the details of the car which I appreciated as there is so much tech nowadays with new cars. We got a tour of the service area which is great as I know now I will not be lost when I bring the vehicle in for service. We then worked with Adam who was our finance manager and we closed the deal on everything. At the end of the day, we left driving our brand new vehicle. More

We were discussing the possibility of getting rid of our second vehicle, a 2002 Ford Ranger, and getting another Honda. When I came to Luther Brookdale Honda to have some repair work done on my CRV I decided it was time to start the search for a new vehicle - but was not intending on purchasing one that day. While browsing around the showroom I met Scott Ferguson. After a rather lengthy discussion, test drive, more discussion, having a discussion with my wife, and then more discussion we decided to go ahead with a purchase that day. Picking a Honda from Brookdale was a no brainer - we're sold on this dealership. Working with Scott through the process was about as painless as it could be. Best Dealership Experience EVER! To say my fiance and I had a horrible experience at the previous dealership we went to would be an understatement. It literally took me 2+ months to g To say my fiance and I had a horrible experience at the previous dealership we went to would be an understatement. It literally took me 2+ months to gather the courage to give a different one a try. BEST decision ever. When we bought our last car it was a "replacement" for the lemon we bought the month prior from that horrible dealership - the salesman we worked with was fired in that time span - can't imagine wht. I did not leave with that "I got a new car happy feeling" whatsoever. 8 hours later we left in a "I guess we'll just have to settle for this." Dan was fantastic showing us all our options, he made sure EVERYTHING I wanted was covered. I fell in love with the car we purchased instantly. My sister gets a daily "you know what else I love about my new car?" text. I've recommended Dan and the dealership to everyone. Dave in finance was equally as fantastic to work with.
