I received a call and was told that they recommend I do not replace the system at this time as it has not rusted through. I appreciated their honesty. They will talk you into a 3000 warranty that is useless I bought a 2012 Honda from Luther. I love it. When I bought it, they told me that the Warranty was a great investment in the vehicle. I spent $3000 wi I bought a 2012 Honda from Luther. I love it. When I bought it, they told me that the Warranty was a great investment in the vehicle. I spent $3000 with the understanding that anything that went wrong, I would just have a $100 deductible. When my Check engine light came on, instead of taking it to one of the auto part stores that would tell me the problem for FREE, I took it to Luther Honda to get it checked out. They charged me $160.00 and then said they turned the light off and it wasn’t covered by the warranty. They admitted that there was an intermittent issue, but because they couldn’t duplicate it, I just needed to pay the $160 and if it happened again, to bring it back. I hope that the problem happens again before my useless warranty expires. The employees show empathy but that doesn’t change the facts. More

No concept of time! I made an appt for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour and twenty minutes. Here I am almost two hours later! It’s so frustrating that I cannot rely on a dealership service center to do what they say they are going to do in the time frame they say they will do it in. I came back to Honda because of their previous excellent customer service, now I always leave disappointed after paying good money to be treated that way. Their staff was friendly but it didn’t make the time spent working on my car go by any faster. More
