An overall great experience. I had been thinking about buying a car for a while, and this winter I had had enough. So I made it my goal to get that car for the new year. I had visited a handful of dealers from Ford to Toyota, but before I made my final decision, I wanted to at least check out what Honda had to offer. When I got to the dealership, it was late and the place was about to close, but Scott still found so time to give me a test drive of their CR-V and took even more time to answer my questions. He was very friendly and not in the slightest bit pushy. He was super flexible about working around my schedule that he even decided to come back in the next day (which actually was his day off) to give me pricing options. Needless to say, the next day I ended up buying that same CR-V that I test drove the night before, and I have zero regrets. More

I received service from the front desk right away who put me in contact with Scott Ferguson. Scott was super chill and respectful to my girlfriend and I even though I'm sure we were on the younger end of the spectrum of people who go in to buy new/used vehicles. He was quick to pull up all the info I needed to make a decision and brought the vehicle up for a test drive right away. Relaxed and able to talk to my gf without pressure from Scott to make a decision, we decided that was the vehicle we wanted. Scott, got the ball rolling and made everything clear in our agreements and we were on our way. Definitely a better experience than I expected to have walking into a car dealership on a Monday. Better than the rest! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Brookdale Honda and also have brought my daughter in for her new car , the reason i keep coming back is simple. My salesman Chad Rawson has taken good care of me ( even though im not that easy to get along with, especially when car shopping) You see, like most people,i dont like spending all day at a car dealership. Chad understands that and makes it as painless as possible. If you know what you want and what you are willing to pay i wouldnt go anywhere else. The car wash/ gas card is a nice savings as well.
