Thorough Even though it was obvious I missed reading a simple sentence in the manual that described how to set the tire pressure gauge light, the team checked Even though it was obvious I missed reading a simple sentence in the manual that described how to set the tire pressure gauge light, the team checked the car out, showed me how to set the gauge (uh, well, it's kind of embarrassing as all you have to do is turn the car on and hold the button, duh!) and equally wonderful was the car wash I received to get rid of the slimy winter salt and grime. Never was I made to feel like I inconvenienced anyone with my oversight. Will have to peruse the manual a bit more in depth next time. Thanks guys! More

I had prepared to have someone pick me up, but Laurel let me know right away that my service would only take 30 min instead of the 2 hours I had been previously told. She gave me a mini tour of the new space. She offered to have my vehicle washed before I could even ask. There was no price for the work I needed done because it was factory recall service, but I still received first rate customer service. More
