My great experience started with a frank discussion with the service writer discussing the merits of synthetic oil vs. the regular synthetic blend called out for Hondas. His take was, "why spend the extra money so long as you're diligent about getting your oil changed on time?" It was refreshing to not have a premium service pushed on me. My positive experience continued when Laurel called me over to show me my cabin air filter. She noted that it looked like I may have mice making a nest. I told her that to my knowledge we have never had mice and had not noticed any evidence of such. I asked her if it could possibly be from the previous owner. She checked the inspection and found no mention of the cabin air filter being checked. So she comped me both the cabin and the engine air filter. While she was at it, she also had them rotate my tires for me. These may seem like minor add-ons, but I have never had a service department go over and above for me before. It was very nice and refreshing. And appreciated. Thanks. More

Knowledgeable, Friendly Service I can be a pretty fussy customer sometimes. But these guys know their stuff and are very friendly. Excellent experience! I was referred to Luther Brookdale Honda by someone very close to me and I have to say the experience I had was flawless! I was greeted at the door by I was referred to Luther Brookdale Honda by someone very close to me and I have to say the experience I had was flawless! I was greeted at the door by Tanner and felt like he had me under his wing for the next several hours. I had never bought a "new" car before so I was nervous but excited at the same time and Tanner really helped me to feel comfortable about the process and I felt like he was really trying to help me, not just sell me a car to get the sale. Scott Kasprzak made an appearance several times too just to make sure everything was going well and that made me feel good, too. He is a family friend and really helped me out even though he didn't have to do that. Even the guy in finance, Adam Peterson, was great! I didn't spend nearly as much time with him as I did with Tanner but the little interaction we had was excellent. I felt like these guys really cared about me and I have a feeling that is hard to come by in the car dealership world. I will be recommending Luther Brookdale Honda to anyone and everyone I know that is looking to buy a car. SO PLEASED! Side note: I have a young son who was with me that day and luckily Luther Brookdale Honda has a little room with some toys and a TV to keep kids occupied. Things could have gotten a little crazy without that room! More

I thought will they be as good as Hopkins Honda..Yep they were I had a break issue and they took care of it. I would never buy another vehicle from any other dealer except Honda I love my Ridgeline it's my 2nd one people always ask if it's a good truck I always tell them it's the best and I shop no place else More
