I have a pleasant experience every time I come in to get my car serviced. I love the atmosphere, especially the guest lounge/waiting area. Normally I like to have my oil changes done really quick but I get so comfortable in the guest lounge that I stay there for hours if I had too. I recently went in for an oil change and worked with Ben Wysocki. He was friendly and very informative. More

Great Experience! I love how easy it is to schedule service on my Honda CRV! I booked an oil change online and had to change it a couple times and it was very easy for I love how easy it is to schedule service on my Honda CRV! I booked an oil change online and had to change it a couple times and it was very easy for me to do on the website. It's very nice to not have to make any calls to setup or change an appointment. Getting an oil change used to be such a pain but now I love it because I get to drink free cappuccino and watch whatever I want on my own private TV! It's almost like a mini vacation! The person who helped me (I wish I could remember her name) to begin with was very nice and she helped me with getting my phone reconnected to my car. The service was completed very quickly and Tyler came out and told me all of the services that were completed. I have been driving Honda's for 4 years now. I'm on my second CRV and I have always been very impressed with customer service at Brookdale Honda. More

I was just very surprised that the $137 I paid for them to figure out all of the problems with my van The building and the people were all very nice. They told me that they figured out some of the issues, but needed another $137 to really figure out what was wrong. I did not accept this since I struggle with the concept of paying over $260 just to "figure out what's wrong". I just took my van and left...didn't even want to know how much it would take to acutally fix the problems. More
