I have been leasing Honda's for 18 years so I am familiar with the process and Will made it just that much easier. I knew what we wanted regarding the Odyssey, I knew the price we wanted to be at and then it just came down to finding the right color. The '14s were going fast and Will did a great job keeping me updated with the search progress and then setting the delivery. His commuincation was clear and honest and he made the experience very easy. After a number of emails, a couple phone calls and addressing most of the paperwork needs on-line; it was locked in with very little hassle (other than maybe getting the color we truly wanted). No worries though, we will be back when this lease is up! Kudos to Will and the rest of the Luther Brookdale Honda team on making this and other service experiences with the dealership so efficient. More

Chad even picked me up at my home, so I could drive the new vehicle home without hassling friends to drive me there. I would definitely buy from them again. More

Health Care Provider Auto service was done in a timely and professional manner. Auto was also available to take home sooner than I thought it would be ready. However the most revealing experience was in the waiting room. A service adviser, other than Shane appeared and informed an elderly woman with a walker that the exhaust shields on her auto were loose and a $20.00 clamp could remedy the issue. About the same language was said to me about one year ago, but at RB Honda, Richfield. However, I was told that that both exhaust shields had to be replaced to remedy the problem. These were both very expensive and the advisor just didn't know why they were so expensive either. And the price I paid for the same issue in Richfield, was allot more than $20.00 tendered to the little old lady in Brooklyn Center. More
