I brought it back and this time left it hoping with time the service department could diagnose the issue and give me a course of action to resolve what ever issue it was. Much to my dismay and Ben Wysocki's after two days they could not make the engine light would not cooperate. The recommendation was to do some preventative maintenance. I agreed as the items had not been changed up to this point. Ben is to be congratulated on his perseverance, patience, knowledge and overall excellent customer service. This was not my first experience with Brookdale Honda or with Ben as a service adviser. Nor will it be my last. Each time I am educated regarding the repairs being made and never pressured to make any repairs. More
Service I brought my 2012 Fit to Luther Honda for a transmission leak and wheel alignment. I know time estimates are just that, but an update after an hour would have been appreciated. I was told alignment issues were only under warranty for the first 12 months. Thing is, I brought it in after driving it for about 8 months thinking the alignment was out. At that time I was told it was fine. Now, with no noticeable difference in the way it drives, I need new tires due to uneven tire wear brought about by misalignment.. I'll bring it to someone I can trust to do the work now that it's come to this. I love my Honda, but I'll have to tell people to go to a different dealership than Luther. More
I threw Laurel Hansen a Curve and She Hit It Out of the Ball I went in for a quick oil change mid-morning on a Monday. While I was waiting I bought a cover for my truck box from the parts department. Of course I went in for a quick oil change mid-morning on a Monday. While I was waiting I bought a cover for my truck box from the parts department. Of course I wanted it installed while I was there which is a hour and one-half job. The schedule was booked. Laurel made a few calls and two hours later I was leaving with an oil change and newly installed cover, Each time I go in for service, and those aren't many because I drive a Honda, Laruel remembers my name as I pull in, without referencing the computer. The service is always top quality and reasonable priced. I actually like having my truck maintained now. More

Great Experience, with one exception When we purchased our Honda Odyssey ex-L, it was a fabulous experience! I was greeted with a smile and treated as if I was the only person there! Tanner did an exceptionally great job taking the time and effort to answer my questions and address my concerns. He (and Ryan) went out of their way to help me figure out why the windshield looked so strange when looking through it. They solved the problem promptly by deciding to replace it!! The day we picked up the minivan, we didn't know Tanner had already left work for the day. He actually returned back to the dealership so we could pick up our vehicle that day. He went way above and beyond and we are so appreciative that he did this for us!! Several days later, he followed up with us to see if everything was okay with our van. Tanner was so professional and gracious. He had a no pressure attitude and was very laid back. He didn't act like we were wasting his time. I LOVED that! I HIGHLY recommend Tanner Brothen as a sales rep!! Here is the part that wasn't so smooth - the day we picked up the Odyssey, we signed the mountains of paperwork and then it was sent to the finance department. Why in the world should our buying experience take a total of about 3 hours?!!! THAT IS RIDICULOUS! We didn't even need financing! We had our little girls with us and they were getting so tired. The TV in the "kids area" couldn't even be turned on, so the girls had very little to keep them occupied. My husband was NOT happy at all. We arrived at the dealership at about 6:30 pm and weren't able to leave until after 10:00 pm! There is absolutely no reason for that especially since it was at the end of the day and it wasn't crowded. That is my only complaint though. This is the only reason my rating is four stars and not five. More
