The service and experience is always great, The only thing I wish is that they would thank you for being a loyal coustmer at the time you arrive and always apply the 10% discount to the bill (invoice) without you asking for it (since they mail them to your home). Other dealerships throughout the country where I lived over the past 18 years, prior to the last 2 in the Twin Cities have always done this and hopefully this one will too. More

Lengthy oil change I had an appointment for 4 pm. I was on time. 90 minutes for an oil change. Get in my car, check engine light still on. You were in my car, did yo I had an appointment for 4 pm. Great experience through and through I'd bought my first car at Brookdale. I remembered the service was really good and fluid, and came with a moon rock story, so I decided to go back. And also to not have to deal with the finance guy at a Morrie's dealership (he was scary and I got the feeling he didn't care for me much, but maybe he was just having a bad week) where I'd just bought a car that's since been totaled (not my fault). Will Carr was my salesman. He listened and didn't try to redirect me or upsell me into something I didn't want. He set me up with the car I wanted, and the whole process was really smooth and painless. He explained all the features, let me hang out at his desk and read the manual while I waited for finance (there were a few people ahead of me). Made sure all my nutritional needs weren't going unattended while I waited. He made sure I knew how to contact him in case I had any questions or concerns. Since I still had a few days on a rental at the time, per my request he even delivered the car to my work! Highly recommend both dealership and salesman. More

He listened, provided needed details of services, costs and timeframe for services to be completed. I caught up with some office work while in the customer wait area. It was a large area, with individual work stations, TVs, coffee and snacks and a quiet and clean area to work as my car was being serviced. At the promised time that I expect my car to be finished, Tyler reappeared explained in detail the services provided and answered whatever questions I had. Overall, the Honda experience was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable for the services provided. More
