My lease on my 2011 CR-V was expiring, and I wanted to know my options. After speaking to one of the finance guys at Luther Brookdale Honda, I was referred to Will to talk about trading in my 2011 for an know my options. After speaking to one of the finance guys at Luther Brookdale Honda, I was referred to Will to talk about trading in my 2011 for an upgraded 2014 model. We spoke on the phone about what I was looking for. I explained to him that I'm very impatient (I am), I didn't have a lot of time to sit at the dealership (I didn't), and I just wanted to get through things quickly (which they did). Will was really prepared for my appointment with the cars to show me, and everything went very smoothly. I was in and out in two hours, and he was both very aware and respectful of my time, as I had a "hard stop" because I had an event to get to. I'm a Honda owner for life, and I'll definitely recommend Will to my friends when they're looking for a new car! More
Wow first of all, I hate buying cars, but greeted with a pretty face, nice smile, and dressed like model. It sure felt like a date. I was looking for a new car, but he said he couldn't sell new cars, and sh pretty face, nice smile, and dressed like model. It sure felt like a date. I was looking for a new car, but he said he couldn't sell new cars, and showed me a certified pre owned. Best experience ever!! Very knowledgable, and boy was I impressed by the excitement. No pressure from him. I actually left the dealership because I wanted a new car, but I wanted him to earn my business. The next day I returned with my husband, so I could show him a cerified car. Mr. Nice was very confident in his product, that the new car decision was on hold and the certified would be more in our budget. I got an upgrade, better than a brand new car, a cerified pre owned pilot!! Not only that, but he calls me monthly and asks how I'm doing and what's new. He's such a cute/ young professional. Ill give him my business for life!!!! Fyi my husband was jealous of my upgraded ride so ill buy him one on his birthday in December from Mr.Nice. If you go to Brookdale Honda buy a car from The "Nice Guy". Not the old guys. Its a wonderful experience. More
I went in to look for a new car and I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted, but I knew my golf clubs had to fit in the trunk. I really felt like Will understood my needs. Sure enough, Will helped me pick out a 2013 Honda Accord EX-LV6 with enough room for not only my golf clubs, but for my friends golf clubs as well. It was truly more than I could hope for and it's all thanks to Will! Also, he got me a great deal on it, took care of all my mom's concerns and answered all our questions straight up and honestly. We first shopped Luther BD Honda on a Saturday afternoon, which I'm sure is the busiest day of the week. Art Platt approached us first and introduced himself. Even though Art was already helping someone else, he was very friendly and asked if it was ok to get another salesperson to help us answer any questions we may have. Along comes Will Carr. Right from the start we felt comfortable, almost as if we knew each other. Will was friendly, professional and understanding of our needs. Not once did we feel pushed. After visiting a couple of other dealerships earlier, we made up our mind that evening that this is where we wanted to buy our new Accord. There must be something in the water at Luther BD Honda.Everyone we were in contact with from sales, to finance, to service and the rental desk, was very helpful and friendly. I have just bought my second used Honda CR-V from TJ Dorn which will again be scheduled for services via Ben Wysocki. Both are outstanding individuals as far as friendliness, professionalism and integrity go which will again be scheduled for services via Ben Wysocki. The fact I went back to this dealership specifically to deal with TJ to trade my older CR-V for a newer one tells its own story. He really is an 'extra mile' type of person and terrific at his job. As for Ben, the guy seems to be the last word in customer service. By way of example, I arrived for a service just as Ben was dialing his boss. I said to Ben, "No problem, take care of your business", to which he said, "You ARE my business" and he hung up immediately. That's Ben. Totally focused on you and your vehicle. When I deal with him I know everything will be just fine. Any deals or promotions you might not know about he automatically includes in your pricing and it's so worth it to have Honda trained technicians do something as simple as an oil and filter change. They do check your vehicle over as a matter of course and can alert you to things that the discount lube shops miss or don't know about. Overall, this dealership wants you to own the vehicle that's right for you (and not the one that gives them the biggest margin) and keep it running the way it should. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Will was great! We came in at 6pm and left at 9:30pm (30 mins after closing). He was patient, knowledgable, and extremely understanding of our 22 month old losing his mind during the tail end of the process mins after closing).
