I came in to look at my third Honda Accord in a row. Will approached and asked if I had any questions. His calm demeanor and willingness to help were immediately noticed. Will and I discussed price only for a short time as he provided a fair price rather quickly. He was open and honest which I appreciated. I did not believe I would actually walk off the lot with a car that day. Will separates himself from other sales people with listening first and then answering the question being asked. He knew the car well and educated me further on the advanced options Honda had to offer. After about 5 minutes I considered him more of an advisor than a sales person. We took our Pilot in for 2 recalls, an oil change, and to have 1 of our remote keys checked. All the jobs were completed in a timely manner. However, the next morning the other remote key would not start th have 1 of our remote keys checked. All the jobs were completed in a timely manner. However, the next morning the other remote key would not start the car. The theft detterent system thought I was stealing my own car! Because of this we just gave service a 4 for quality* (with explanation) BUT - Zach took excellent care of us. I have mobility issues so he had the truck picked up, fixed the issue, and returned the truck. He immediately took care of the problem and compensated us for our trouble. We were very impressed with the care and attention. Service really went above and beyond and deserves a 10. More

Will and Alex bent over backwards to help us get into our new lease. Will was a straight shooter which we really appreciate. My experience at Brookdale Honda was very pleasant. My wife and I went in just to look after seeing an ad for TrueZero options in the Sunday newspaper. I was thinking CR-V. Shortly after arriving at the dealership, Will Carr approached and asked if we had an TrueZero options in the Sunday newspaper. I was thinking CR-V. Shortly after arriving at the dealership, Will Carr approached and asked if we had any questions, or wanted some help. After describing what we wanted, Will found a beautiful CR-V for us to drive. I liked the fact that Will asked us if we wanted him to ride along, or if we preferred to go alone. I feel more comfortable test driving without the salesperson. We drove the CR-V, and I really liked it. We ended up parking the car next to a Crosstour. Angela saw the Crosstour, and wanted to take it for a ride. I realized that if we were getting a new car it was going to be the Crosstour. Will walked us through all the options on both the CR-V and Crosstour. That was on Saturday, and before we left, we said yes to the Crosstour. Monday morning I called Will asking if he could run some more numbers again, before we made the final decision. He called back within the hour with all the answers. The decision was made to go with the Crosstour, and set up the sale for 3:00 PM Monday afternoon. We got to the dealership shortly after 3, and the car was cleaned and parked in the delivery showroom. Will came up with a few more ideas to save us more money! All said and done by 6:15, we drove our beautiful new Crosstour off the lot, and out to dinner. Best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Throughout the entire process we felt that Nash was on our team and that he was working to help us get everything we wanted, rather than simply trying to sell us a car. We looked around a lot before choosing to buy from Luther Brookdale, but we could not find a price that could compete with those that they offered and the selection of used CR-Vs was excellent. It was, also, very refreshing to be able to test drive the car by without a sales person and to be able to freely discuss all of our thoughts and concerns and explore the vehicle on our own. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others and plan to return for our future purchases. More
