I have purchased many new vehicles over the past 20 years, and my experience at Luther Brookdale Honda was one of the best I have had yet. When my wife and I came in for a test drive William gave us the keys and let us take a 2013 Honda Odyssey on a test drive with zero pressure. When we told him we were thinking about a Toyota Sienna, he pointed out he advantages of the Honda but encouraged us to drive them both and pick the one we liked (which ended up being the Honda). Refreshing :) The dealership gave me a solid offer on my 2006 Honda Odyssey and I felt they were very fair on all aspects of the transaction. We ended up going with the Odyssey vs the Sienna and could not be happier with the dealer experience. When there was an issue with my title via the Minnesota DMV, the dealership worked closely with me to get it corrected. This dealership has also been renovated and has a nice waiting room for customers and a play room for kids. Big plus when we may need to bring in the kids for oil changes, and other service. Stopped by for a standard service on our Pilot and received exceptional service from Laurel! She was able to discount our service fee saving us about 20%. Additionally, she also provided a tip which received exceptional service from Laurel! She was able to discount our service fee saving us about 20%.
