When I decided I wanted a new car, the person I was working with was a bit relunctant to pass me over to the new car side (understandably so, since I then had to work with a different sales agent) - I was told it would be quick to come in and sign the paperwork and I ended up waiting around awhile for the paperwork to be ready - not sure if it was because it was really busy or just because they couldn't prepare it an advance of me being there and it took longer than expected for some reason. Overall though I had a great experience at this dealership. I didn't feel like Quinn was pushy at all (which is one of the things that would annoy me the most). She helped us to get all the paperwork taken care of quickly and efficiently, which was a little more difficult than usual because my co-buyer lived out of town. More

I found the car online at autotrader.com and made an appointment that night with Ryan the next day. Everyone was friendly and got me the best deal on the car that I liked. I had not bought a car for about 12-13 years and was dreading the experience. So I took a whole Saturday and went to test drive cars. My previous car was a honda but I was thinking about changing things up a bit and getting a car from either Nissan or Ford. After going home and just contemplating all the places I had been at test driving cars, all the car sales people I had talked to I decided to go back and see what the two top choices would offer. I went back to Honda first, I was planning on going to Nissan to talk the Altima dealer, and talked to Lonnie about different options on the car, different financing and what the picture would look like with a trade in. He was patient, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Once he knew I was also looking at the Altima he ran a little comparison on resale values and came back showing me how they stacked up against each other. I really enjoyed the experience, I felt like I was dealt with honestly. That means a lot so I want to thank Honda for training their sales people so well and Lonnie for doing such a wonderful job. Initially the night manager did not offer us a very good deal on our trade in but Brad was able to get us another 1000 dollars which sealed the deal.
