I brought my car in for a recall on the power steering hose and they did the multipoint inspection and found that I needed a tranny flush and brake fluid flush. Because of my schedule, I was 1/2 hour early and they took it in right away and completed the recall in less time than I expected. They also did the other service right away and I mentioned a coupon I had at home which they applied to the repair. I am not sure about price but I can't imagine I could have saved much money anywhere else especially if you consider time and effort searching it out. Overall, I got all necessary service, a carwash and was out of there in less time than anticipated initially. More

The overall sales experience was fun since I was already "sold" on the new Honda Civic I was buying. Nash was very helpful in showing me the features on the car and and the options available. Since there was no financing involved, I didn't deal with the staff on that subject. I enjoyed a couple cookies and settled in to watch some high school hockey on one of many TV's available. The lounge is so nice I may have to find reasons to stop in to enjoy it even between oil changes. I was in an out in 30 minutes, I wasn't even ready to go to my next destination! Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Just one more reason I'm a Honda guy! I look forward to my next visit even though it won't be for some time. I was overall happy with the experience. The only comment I'd like to make is when I was picking up my car. The person who I was working with when I dropped off the car was Shane. Shane was with another customer; therefore I stood there and waited until he was done. It was about 5 minutes or so, not too long. When he was done all he needed to tell me that my key and paperwork was inside at the service desk. It took him about 5 seconds. I understand that he was trying to give his full attention to the other customer, however, he could've excused himself and quickly point me in the right direction instead of making me wait until he was done. I took my 2011 Accord in for a routine oil change and got the air filer and cabin filter replaced per their recommendation. Shane was very good about giving me details on the work completed and the results of check points. Kristi was good enough to apply my discount coupons even after the initial paperwork was prepared. I couldn't expect any more from the people I met. I only apologize that I can't remember the gentleman's name who checked me in. I have purchased three of my last four cars from Brookdale Honda. It would have been four of four, but I had to go to their sister dealership in Hopkins once for the right color. I'm a fan. (The new building is pretty nice too!) More
