There is a vibration in the tires on my new CRV, and there was a leak from the automatic transmission. They replaced the O ring between the transmission and transfer case to fix the leak, and re- balanc there was a leak from the automatic transmission. They replaced the O ring between the transmission and transfer case to fix the leak, and re- balanced the tires to try to reduce the vibaration I feel in my hands on the steeting wheel, and my feet on the floor of the driver's compartment. I can still feel the tire vibration, but it is less than before. The service people, Amada Borreson, Zac Schwartz, and manager Jay Hanf did a good job, treated me very nice, and listened to my problems. I think there was a factory manufacturing failure when the transfer case was attached to the transmission, and I think the Bridgestone tires are not very good quality, and require too much weight to get them in balance. They are thorough, they advise me when they see an issue with my car while my car is still being worked on (Buerkle Hond best I've ever encountered.
