Although Chelsea was relatively new as a sales person, she worked very hard to get all of our concerns answered and responded quicker to our proposals. Working with Dave Mix was great! He answered all my questions and took some time to show me all the available Honda Pilot within my price range. Due to my bad credit, I did not get the best rate( rate questions and took some time to show me all the available Honda Pilot within my price range. So I traded in my Honda CRV- Dealer offered me very low trade in and I was disappointed. Anyway, Alex managed to find financing through American Honda Financing and the rate was very high due to my bad credit. Dave did stay in constant communication throughout the whole process even thought it took several hours to complete. Overall, I got a nice Honda Pilot but feel the whole buying process was really exhausting and the wait was very long! I will bring my car in for oil change.. More

While I went to the dealer to look at the 2010 CRV, after a test drive of the Insight, I made the decision to purchase the hybrid. I was pleased with the fetures, the MPG, price and color choices. I really like this car. And I never visited the other dealerships. This is my third Honda. I think I will be a Honda driver for the rest of my life. More
