When I first went in it was for my brand new 2023 HRV. The driver window was automatically coming down when I tried to close it, and my wireless charging stops the charge randomly. I brought it in for an oil change and had 4 hours free, told them I wanted to have these other things checked on ahead of time, and when I got it, was told there wasn’t enough time to do anything about my actual issues and only the oil change could be done. Then I bring it back in, and the wireless charging issue apparently can’t be replicated, even though it happens for me every time I use it, so now I just use the chord which is incredibly disappointing being it’s a brand new car. So then I bring it back in on another date, and I just recently noticed there’s a space in the door between it and the arm rest where the must have pulled it apart and not put it back together correctly. So over all… incredibly disappointed in my new car, and my service from Luther Honda. More
