I would’ve given 5 stars, but when I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle, I was told it was at an offsite detailer. The car I got into clearly had not been detailed at all. The engine cover was also hanging off and peeling back, which I noticed only after I got home and heard scraping underneath the car. I love the car, but if it had actually been detailed like the dealer said and if I didn’t have to have the engine cover put on correctly after leaving, I would’ve given 5. More

Service took much longer than originally stated, and service forgot that I was waiting for my car. I was also told that unnecessary repairs were needed (engine leaking oil when there were no puddles und service forgot that I was waiting for my car.
