Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was never communicated that they didn’t have an oil filter for my F-150.talked to a different person because I couldn’t find Alex. I worked with Chad (who was my sales guy) I had previously worked with Toyota and Kia buying new vehicles. All I can say is, WOW. The difference in service was completely opposite. The service department damaged my vehicle and returned it to me without saying anything. Later that day I discovered that they had scratched every single one of my brand new rims.
