Pao was there to welcome me when I drove my Pilot into the service lane. He then took my service information, checked for recalls and gave me an approximate finish time. Then when the service was complete the service lane. He then took my service information, checked for recalls and gave me an approximate finish time. Then when the service was completed in a short time he came to get me. He then said that everything was good to go except I’d need to replace the tires in the spring or summer. He explained that as my Michelin tires wore down more groves opened up to continue giving good traction…I was impressed. Here is an employee who has the best interests of his customers in mind. Went for oil change and to look at TWO issues with my new HRV, which is a separate bummer of an issue… wireless charging doesn’t work, and drivers window closes and then opens by itself… but I made an appoin HRV, which is a separate bummer of an issue… wireless charging doesn’t work, and drivers window closes and then opens by itself… but I made an appointment for an oil change and to look at these two issues, I was going in it 11 AM and had to be somewhere at 4:00 and was told that there wasn’t enough time to look at the two issues and so I had to schedule another time to come in. So overall not a very satisfying experience. The guy was nice and they’re down technicians so I get it, but to not be able to do anything in 3 hours is a disappointment and the issues are still there. More
Forced dealer add ons when I put a deposit down on a Civic. Even requested they not add them prior to arrival and they told me no. Tried to at least negotiate them down. Sales manager actually was yelling, almost walked out but sucked it up because I’ve been waiting on a civic for a year. On top of that, the tint they installed was bubbling so I need to go back and fix tint that I didn’t even want. I had a trade in when I put down a deposit. $250 trade in bonus and $750 Honda loyalty for trading in. We had the deal all worked out. While I waited for the car I even gave them the car ahead of time. So I didn’t add additional mileage, risk damage and no payment while I waited for my new car. They then tried to back out of the $1k incentives we agreed to when the car arrived. Pretty shady. Then when I signed they only gave me the $750. I didn’t catch it till later. Luckily I had a copy of the sheet I signed for the agreed upon deal. They honored the $250 but they were reluctant. Without that picture of the sheet I don’t think they would’ve honored it. I had to go back in and resign the new paperwork. I bought my 1st Honda 3 years ago from them. Marwan was my salesman. Great guy. It’s why I went back to the dealer. Besides Marwan I’ve had nothing but problems. Multiple times I’ve gotten my car serviced at the dealer. Oil, tires, just your standard service every 3-6 months. Multiple times that claim they checked things on my car but they clearly didn’t. They said my air filter was filthy and needed changed.but I changed it just prior to my arrival. Another time they claim they checked all my fluids and topped them off. I specifically told them wiper fluid was out. Yep! They didn’t check any of it. Obviously the problem with saying you did something but didn’t with peoples cars is the worry that are you driving a safe car? You trust them to make sure. Even after all that I still went back to them for a new civic. Mainly because of Marwan the salesman. I should’ve known not to continue with this dealership after so many bad mistakes. This recent purchase is the nail in the coffin. Not going back. More
