I brought it in for a repair that the service tech said it didn’t need but when the same problem reappeared a few weeks later, I was told the repair would be necessary and astronomically expensive. Talking with the customer service reps was challenging as they told me a part was “back ordered” but I didn’t hear back from the dealership for a month while waiting for a part. I got it fixed at a different dealership within two days for half the price… Terrible experience that made me feel incompetent and disposable. Will not be back. More
