The salesman was arrogant during negotiations now non responsive after the sale. Where’s my Luther discount card that was advertised and promised. The service request was wrongly written for a check on my tire, i asked for a tire change. Found that out after a1 1/2 hour wait when i was told they had no tire for my Fit. (Which i bought there.).My car tire, i asked for a tire change. Found that out after a1 1/2 hour wait when i was told they had no tire for my Fit. (Which i bought there.).My car had been shot up. The one looking at the tire opened my door. A bullet fell out. HE THREW IT AWAY! Evidence i could give to police re: the gun being used repeatedly on my block and he threw it away. Another appointment, no tire there-"i got busy with another customer and forgot to call you." Kind of a big thing for a disabled person with chronic pain, driving out there for nothing. Another appointment. No tire. i called this time. Thursday appointment made for me that i got through email, which i did not see until i was done with work--too late for the appointment. Friday got the tire. In the meantime, i called the overall manager, Jim, who hung up on me when he called back; i was told the service manager had called me Thursday to let me know about the tire. i got no call or message on either of my phones. i am a 30 year customer of this dealership, have bought cars there and relied on them for service. Never had a problem but this was a fiasco at a time emotional distress and feeling very unsafe. Having to drive on the spare with the tire warning on, to multiple appointments 20 miles away was scary. Oh, yeah, no one turned the tire light off either. i am not going back just for that! More
