Incompetent. Brought car in for a/c diagnostic and waited 3 hours only to find out no one had touched my car at all. No one could explain why. Was given a rental and told it would be done first thing in the morning. As of 11:00 the next day no one had called me, despite being told I’d be contacted by 9:00. When I called the car still hadn’t been looked at. Needed to leave it there for a second night. When car was finally ready, no one could find my car keys. The service rep I worked with was very apologetic but I had to ask multiple times for a financial compensation for my trouble. When the work was finally done, no one had left any notes about the price reduction and the service rep had to verify the agreement yet again with the manager on duty. In the end the dealer ended up making it right but only because I pushed hard and expressed my huge dissatisfaction. I will never bring my vehicle for service here again. More

Had my car in for an oil change and to do a quick overall check. Oil change was completed very quickly, but there were items found that were marked as red that needs immediate attention that was not brought check.
