John Jelle was great. I just have an issue with the diagnostic fee. I'm fine if you charge me that-you need to cover your costs. But, if you find something- I think the diagnostic fee should be rolled into the repair cost. Especially if the vehicle was in for service on 06/16/2022 and the brakes were "inspected". Then the vehicle was brought in on 07/14/2022 for resurfacing of the front rotors. I find it interesting that your brake "inspection" only lists lines/hoses/parking brake cable, but the comment section mentions the rear pads. I understand you can't catch everything on an inspection- my beef is with the diagnostic fee. I'm sure Mr. Luther or Mr. Honda can afford rolling the $99 diagnostic fee into the repair. More

Salesman was in constant communication with updates and very responsive. The sales manager needs to go back to school to relearn about how to treat a customer. During inspection of the car it was noted the quality of this Honda was poor with the alignment of the panels and the sales manager told us if we didn’t like the quality of the vehicle to take our business elsewhere.
