Went in for service knowing what was broken on our odyssey sliding door. Was told we had to do a diagnostic test to make sure that’s what it was. $129 for the test and they confirmed what was broken. odyssey sliding door. Then told us they couldn’t fix it or schedule to fix it b/c they don’t have the parts and don’t know when they will get them in…. “Could take 3-9months” frustrated on why they would charge for the diagnostic test knowing they didn’t have parts… weeks later still no parts. I was told car would be filled up with gas and discover on way home was not. So called sakes person and was told I guess honest mistake and did not even offer anything till I sent second message stating sh on way home was not. We are about 1 hours and 15 minutes away and just don’t get there that often so thought could have at least offered a check for gas like $25?
