I was scheduled on June 9th, 2023 for an oil change and etech control module install. I dropped off my car for all day service at 7:30 am picked up at 5pm only to find out they did nothing to my car. My warranty was running out in 1 week. They refused to try to work with me until 1 month later after the warranty was lapsed. You would think after all the crap they put me through, they would have discounted or given the oil change free, nope. I had to pay FULL price for it. I seriously doubt if I would ever buy another car from them again. This dealership used to think about the customer, not anymore. More
