Had an appointment for a simple oil change which I arrived early for, but sat around for nearly 3 hours before having to ask about my car since they had forgotten about it. I was given a car wash with arrived early for, but sat around for nearly 3 hours before having to ask about my car since they had forgotten about it. And before leaving was asked if I ever got a overview video which I hadn't and still haven't. He was thinking the same but the tech didn't find an of bass issue with the sound system. Eric got someone from the sales department to check it out.
