I brought my Lancer in for what I thought would be a mistake repair. Instead a different problem had arisen. The service writer communicated a part would need to be ordered. Half hour later he returned mistake repair. Instead a different problem had arisen. The service writer communicated a part would need to be ordered. Half hour later he returned to tell me my car was ready! The mechanic had reinstalled the oxygen sensor into my exhaust system and reattached the cable. No new parts were needed in the end. Good work guys! More

The service itself is good. I have one complaint to make about Marc Porter, her was rude when I came in person. Continue to be rude and dismissive over the phone and then after I have one complaint to make about Marc Porter, her was rude when I came in person. Continue to be rude and dismissive over the phone and then after I asked to speak to somebody else when he called me back to talk to me about some thing he was almost cocky when he offered me $50 off of $1800 service mind you I had just had service there and they had not fix the issue. This was my third time there, for the same issue and had already paid $1200+. He did not respond to texts and when I called his desk, he did not answer the phone. Thankfully Cortezz was very helpful and understanding. Overall when they fix the car they do a good job, the issue was not with my service tech, but with my service advisor I might start looking to go to somewhere else, and I’ve always had my car only service there cause that’s where I purchased it but I don’t wanna have to deal with Marc ever again and this is not the first time that I’ve had issues with him. More
