Long process for a waiting for car appointment. Frequently asked how many miles, and "service engine soon" light on, as reason for appt. Car has 58000miles. Once there... was informed that light is a purge valve and is warranty work. Told to go to a "kia dealership" if I waited to 60001 miles, then they would address the concern. Damm light still on and now have a appt. In 2 weeks. Very frustrated. Car has a platinum protection plan. I thought it would of been corrected.. but still waiting. More
