I think I probably had a bad initial experience with Luther Brookdale. The car I bought (160k miles) was not road worthy but that wasn’t obvious from a test drive and casual look-over. Both the salesman and manager acted well, exchanging the part and setting me up with a rental. The buying experience was also very good. They made small accommodations for me.
