The Service person who ultimately helped me was wonderful! However, the service experience overall was horrific. Then, the morning service was scheduled (a week later!), no one proactively contacted me. My appointment was at 7: 30 a.m., but I had to call late morning to ask if anyone was working on my car. I understand staffing is horrible everywhere right now, so I extend some grace. However, when my car was essentially MIA it was quite unnerving. More
