Disappointing that one tire was damaged by the mechanic switching out my summer tires. In addition, why do they tell you to make a time for your appointment when it takes so much longer to put on the winte switching out my summer tires. Grateful they let me know one tire had a bulge & was too dangerous to keep, however, I now have 2 tires to replace for next Spring. Thankfully they'll reimburse me for the one damaged in the shop.
